  • Primary Function
  • Facilitate, support and/or lead the pre- production, production, and post-production of highly effective videos. Assist with and communicate to senior leadership about video production and post-production, within a corporate environment.
  • Duties & Responsibilities
  • Oversee all phases of video production including budgets, pre-production, production, post-production, and final delivery of small to large size projectsCoordinates logistics of on-location and studio shootsEstablish timelines, assigns resources, tracks capacity, and overseeing quality controlWorks with video editors to distribute files for media distributionCollaborates with Business Affairs on talent estimates and completion reportsInterface with client and client staffWork closely with clients to ensure their needs are met and offer creative solutions for each projectWork closely with vendors in overall production support for each projectOther duties as assigned •Skills & Qualifications•Well organized and able to manage multiple assignments with varying deadlinesThrives in a fast-paced environmentFully capable of managing video projects on time and on budgetingCommand of modern digital video production/post-production, equipment, and processesAbility to motivate employees and peers through changeCritical and strategic thinkerInnovator - process, skill sets, future industry trendsAbility to work effectively with senior management and production colleagues in a corporate environmentExcellent leadership, verbal and written communication skillsCustomer service orientation; professional presence and superior client relationship skills •Education & Experience•Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Video/Film Production or related field is required10+ years of practical video/media production experience in lieu of degree TeamPeople, a division of System One, is an organization dedicated to providing superior customer service.
