We produce machine embroidery designs, project materials, project books, subscription boxes, and events.

Video Producer Department:
Marketing Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Jr. Video Producer to produce engaging video content that supports marketing, product, and brand initiatives. This role is responsible for planning, filming, editing, and delivering high-quality video assets across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong visual storytelling ability, technical expertise in video production tools, and a passion for creating compelling content that connects with audiences.
Position Type:
Part-time (15-25 hours per week)
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Plan, shoot, and edit video content for marketing campaigns, product launches, tutorials, and social media Collaborate with marketing, product development, and creative teams to align on messaging and goals Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for studio and on-location shoots Edit video footage using industry-standard software to produce polished final products Incorporate graphics, music, and effects to enhance storytelling and engagement Manage video assets, including file organization, storage, and version control Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and messaging guidelines Stay current on video trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve content quality Assist in scripting, storyboarding, and creative concept development 'Day in the life': A typical day for a Jr. Video Producer involves a mix of creative planning and hands-on production. You might start by collaborating with the marketing team to outline concepts, then move into filming or setting up equipment for a shoot. Later, you'll spend time editing footage, adding graphics, and refining the final product. Throughout the day, you'll manage multiple projects, ensure content aligns with brand standards, and bring ideas to life through engaging video storytelling.

Work Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field preferred (or working towards) Experience creating in-video graphics using Adobe Illustrator or other graphics software Experience filming live video content Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered Proven experience in video production, filming, and editing Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro) Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and audio techniques Creative storytelling skills with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Strong communication and collaboration skills Experience with motion graphics or animation is a plus
Physical Requirements:
Ability to operate cameras and production equipment for extended periods Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 30 pounds Willingness to travel and work on location as needed Prolonged periods of sitting during editing and post-production work
