Basic & Preferred Qualifications Education/ Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience) required.Skills and Experience:
5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, production systems, digital manufacturing, MES, or related technical functions required. Experience supporting or implementing production monitoring systems such as Plex, MES, OEE tools, or IoT/automation platforms required. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, loss accounting, OEE, and operational KPIs. Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional projects across multiple sites or regions. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and nontechnical audiences. Experience with global or multi‑site deployment of enterprise manufacturing systems. Knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and root‑cause analysis methodologies. Experience influencing without authority in matrixed organizations. Familiarity with change‑management frameworks and training development.Physical Environment/Demands:
Travel up to 75% of the time to plant manufacturing sites Most work is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment Incumbent may sit for long periods of time at desk or computer terminal While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. This compensation is specific to this position and takes into account a number of variables. Actual compensation may be higher or lower in the range posted based on various factors, including, but not limited to, job duties, experience and expertise. A candidate's work location could also impact the actual compensation being outside of the range to reflect local cost of labor. A reasonable annual estimate of the range for this role is listed below.Pay Rate or Range:
$113,930.00- $170,900.
