Job Description
WQOW News 18, ABC's Eau Claire affiliate, is looking for a creative, organized, and energetic person to join our team as a Technical Media Producer. This is a full-time position. If you are quick to learn new tasks, enjoy learning about new technology, and have an interest in learning about the news and television industry, this job is for you! A technical media producer works behind the scenes of our newscasts and behind the scenes of our on-air programming. Responsibilities include graphic design, video editing, live newscast directing, live newscast audio board operating, master control monitoring, entering video into our system, quality control, clear communication, as well as other tasks as needed. On-the-job training will be provided. Experience is preferred but not required.
