Full Job Description Freelance Color Retoucher:

This position will work closely with the Creative Manager to execute high-quality retouching on assets spanning across e-commerce, marketing, and social content. In addition to supporting core retouching needs, this role will at times be a collaborative partner to the broader creative team, assisting with one-off asset requests and image adjustments as approved by the Creative Manager. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, fast paced, adaptable, and able to maintain brand consistency across multiple channels while managing varying priorities and timelines. Retouching Execution Ghost mannequin retouching for product imagery, including color management and maintaining visibility on communication with photography partners when necessaryCampaign imagery retouching, completed in-house by the contractor Supplemental imagery retouching, completed either directly by the contractor or managed through overseas retouching partners depending on scope and timeline E-commerce imagery retouching, completed either directly by the contractor or managed through overseas retouching partners depending on scope and timeline Fabric texture preservation and color accuracy adjustments across campaign, e-commerce, and supplemental assets Maintaining consistent retouching quality aligned with SET Active brand standards Color Management Leading the color correction process for ghost imagery, incorporating internal team feedback and approvals Ensuring color consistency across ghost, campaign, ecommerce, and supplemental imagery Preparing color reference images and visual guides for overseas retouching partners to ensure accuracy and consistency Retouching Workflow Management Managing workflow between in-house retouching (completed directly by contractor) and overseas retouching partners Preparing and distributing retouching notes, reference files, and visual direction Reviewing incoming retouched assets for quality control and aligning with the Creative Manager on approvals or revisions Coordinating revisions and communication with overseas partners in alignment with the Creative Manager Operational Support Assisting in development of a scalable retouching workflow for SET Active Helping streamline post-production timelines, file organization, and overall asset management Supporting the Creative Manager in preparing final retouched assets for marketing launches and campaign rollouts
