Job Description

Job Summary The Report Processor is responsible for performing quality control on medical-legal reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards. This role involves reviewing transcription, verifying data, and coordinating with physicians and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate report delivery. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Process and manage reports for assigned accounts Proofread reports for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and overall clarity Verify accuracy of transcription, data, and medical-legal information Review report details for completeness and consistency Communicate effectively with physicians to ensure report completion and resolve discrepancies Monitor report timelines, track deadlines, and follow up as needed Collaborate with internal departments to maintain an efficient workflow Identify issues and apply problem-solving skills to improve processes Help optimize production workflows to ensure timely delivery of reports Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information in compliance with privacy regulations Monitor, review, and provide feedback on assigned accounts Qualifications & Requirements Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally Proficiency with basic computer software (MS Office Suite, ShareFile, Google Calendar, and related tools) Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Bilingual skills preferred Preferred Experience Experience in Workers' Compensation and/or medical-legal environments Familiarity with medical terminology and reporting standards KPG123
