Bilingual Proofing Specialist

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Bilingual Proofing Specialist to support high‑volume email and direct mail campaigns. This role will serve as the primary proofing resource and act as a key project management partner to internal stakeholders and external agencies. This position is ideal for someone with agency proofing experience, a strong project management mindset, and exceptional attention to detail. The primary focus is proofing, coordination, and execution. On a daily basis you will work closely with multicultural marketing stakeholders and external creative and translation agencies. This is an ongoing 6- month contract that pays $48-52hr. • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required)
• 3+ years of experience in:
• Proofreading/Quality Assurance for campaigns at agency level
• Project coordination or project management within marketing
• Experience proofreading bilingual campaigns
• Experience working at or with an agency
• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly with language and formatting
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Working knowledge of Adobe tools (PDF markup, review, and edits) Strong experience supporting email and direct mail campaigns Experience working for an agency
