Quality Control Associate Silver State Voices - 5.0 Las Vegas, NV Job Details Temporary | Full-time $22 an hour 1 hour ago Benefits Commuter assistance AD&D insurance Disability insurance Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Flexible spending account Vision insurance Qualifications Spanish Data analysis skills English Attention to detail Organizational skills Full Job Description Position Overview The Quality Control Associate is a temporary, full-time position through October 2026 that will assist Silver State Voices' partners in conducting quality oversight of voter registration programs. This position directly reports to the Quality Control Manager. The role of the Quality Control Associate is to conduct independent verification of voter registration practices and compile data on program results. The Quality Control Associate develops reports identifying strengths and areas of improvement for partners to assist in the effectiveness and accuracy of their activities. Primary Responsibilities Work with Silver State Voices staff and partners to ensure relevant data points from voter registration programs are captured and entered into a database. Under the direction of the Quality Control Manager, conduct independent verification activities to ensure the results of partners' voter registration programs are accurate. Compile results of verification efforts and analysis of data points to identify and report on programmatic trends, best practices, and recommendations for improvement. Represent the partner organizations to their registration applicant and answer questions related to election information, voter registration information, and other information around the civic processes. Escalate any issues on voter registration forms to the Quality Control Manager Participate in regular training with the Quality Control Manager to develop best practices around quality control. Other assignments as needed. Qualifications The ideal candidate for this position will possess many, if not all, of the following: A strong commitment to the civic engagement of historically underrepresented communities. A strong commitment to racial and gender equity. Detail-oriented with the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal verbal communication skills via telephone. Ability to work in a team environment. Proven problem-solving skills, solutions-oriented approaches, a willingness to take the initiative, and an eagerness to learn. Ability to learn and use a voter registration database Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including overtime, during peak periods.
