Job Description
Position Summary Reviews signature cure affidavits and related records, prepares and distributes cure notices, and supports accurate resolution of signature issues in accordance with County procedures and deadlines. Key Responsibilities Review signature cure affidavits, voter records, and supporting documentation for completeness and processing readiness. Prepare, organize, and distribute cure notices or related correspondence according to assigned workflows. Enter, update, and verify cure-related data in designated systems with a high degree of accuracy. Match affidavits, envelopes, records, and notice information carefully to prevent errors or misrouting. Identify missing information, unclear signatures, mismatches, duplicates, deadlines, or exceptions and escalate appropriately. Maintain confidentiality of voter information and follow all privacy, security, and record-handling requirements. Assist with quality control, scanning, filing, mail preparation, and other signature cure support tasks as assigned. Required Skills and Competencies Strong attention to detail when reviewing signatures, affidavits, notices, and voter records. Computer proficiency and ability to use designated voter services or document tracking systems. Organization, proofreading, confidentiality, and ability to meet time-sensitive election deadlines. Team-oriented approach and willingness to support quality checks and volume surges. Nonpartisan conduct and respectful handling of voter information. Minimum Qualifications and Compliance Requirements Valid Nevada ID or Driver's License. Background check and drug screening required before assignment. Registered Clark County voter and willing to disclose political affiliation if required for the assignment. Must complete required signature cure, confidentiality, and system training before assignment. Schedule and Working Conditions Primarily office and computer-based work with repetitive document review, data entry, and deadline-sensitive processing. May require extended hours as statutory or County deadlines approach. Must be available to work through the election cycle with limited requested days off. Must be available for schedule needs that may include 8-10 hour shifts, weekends, flexible start and end times, overtime, and extended hours on specific event days, especially Election Day. Must remain reliable, punctual, and responsive to assignment changes during a fast-paced, deadline-driven election environment. Must follow County security rules, workplace policies, chain-of-custody expectations, confidentiality requirements, dress code, and professional conduct standards. Performance Expectations Completes assigned work accurately, on time, and in accordance with training and County procedures. Maintains nonpartisan conduct, voter confidentiality, ballot security, and respectful service at all times. Escalates exceptions, voter issues, equipment concerns, safety concerns, and unclear instructions promptly to the designated supervisor or lead. Accurately documents work performed, materials handled, calls received, records updated, and/or batch activity as applicable to the assignment.

Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $20.00 Per Hour
