Production Artist

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Production Artist to support the creation and preparation of high-quality print-ready materials for a contract position. This role focuses on translating creative concepts into accurate final files while maintaining brand consistency, production standards, and project timelines. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud and brings hands-on experience with print production and direct mail assets.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, revise, and finalize artwork for print production, ensuring files meet technical specifications and quality standards.
• Use Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop to build, edit, and refine production files across a range of marketing materials.
• Adapt existing creative assets into multiple formats and sizes while preserving visual consistency and brand integrity.
• Review layouts carefully to confirm accuracy in typography, imagery, color, bleeds, and other prepress requirements before release.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to interpret project needs and deliver high-quality files within established deadlines.
• Develop print-ready direct mail pieces and other collateral with close attention to detail, version control, and production efficiency.
• Troubleshoot file issues and make technical adjustments to support smooth output and successful final delivery. Requirements
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Cloud for production-focused design work.
• Demonstrated experience preparing files for print production, including knowledge of prepress and print-ready standards.
• Background in producing direct mail materials or similar high-volume marketing assets.
• Strong production skills with the ability to manage multiple revisions while maintaining accuracy.
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, image handling, and color consistency in print environments.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a deadline-driven setting.
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
