A Fitting Expert is responsible for offering great client experiences, scheduling alteration appointments reviewing contracts with clients, educating brides about the unique alterations experience; organizing documents, and maintaining gown presentations at a high level Desired Skills Ability to relate to a range of people Time-management skills Attention to detail Planning and Organization skills Ability to multitask Basic understanding of frequently used software Someone who exhibits sound judgment with the ability to prioritize and make decisions Resourceful and able to resolve a range of complex problems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Delegates work with peers and ensure accountability to an assigned task Able to share effective feedback to improve processes Primary Duties and Responsibilities Energetically approach and engage with clients Support escalated clients by finding solutions Review and verify all documents and contracts are accurate and validated by the client Detailed documentation of fittings with photos and written communications Documenting fitting room opportunities Planning and organizing appointments and Project queues to ensure the team is working efficiently Supporting the team by helping time manage projects to ensure on time Recommendations for future staffing needs Scheduling recommendations for the General manager to ensure the team is prepared for the workload Consistently demonstrates a high level of service and mentors the team to do the same Communication with Alterations Specialist to ensure accurate alterations are complete Scheduling future alteration appointments using the TIW scheduling formula Responsible for level 3 alterations skillset Pressing, steaming, and spot-cleaning garments Use the White glove guide to inspect garments and verify alterations quality and cleanliness before final delivery
