POSITION SUMMARY
The National Marketing Administrator plays an important role in the organization by performing a number of activities related to the company's marketing operations functions. This temporary, project-based role is primarily responsible, under direct supervision, for supporting a large-scale document processing initiative, including renaming, tagging, and organizing files with a high degree of accuracy, and aligning them to corresponding project records in Workfront. Essential Functions Rename and standardize large volumes of marketing files according to defined naming conventions. Apply accurate metadata tagging to documents within SharePoint to ensure proper organization and retrieval. Review and validate file details for consistency, completeness, and accuracy. Match and associate documents to corresponding project IDs within Workfront. Identify and escalate discrepancies or issues in file naming, tagging, or project alignment. Maintain organized file structures and ensure proper document storage practices are followed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in administrative, data entry, or document processing roles preferred. Familiarity with SharePoint and Workfront or similar project management and document management systems preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high accuracy across repetitive tasks. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven, project-based environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
