Key Responsibilities:
1. Submit online job applications on behalf of clients using internal tools by researching matched roles, attaching tailored resumes, completing application forms, and ensuring accurate submissions. 2. Maintain precise records of application statuses and follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) throughout the application process. 3. Review job postings for relevance and validity before applying, ensuring high-quality submissions while meeting daily application targets. 4. Identify and flag expired, duplicate, or irrelevant job postings instead of submitting applications. 5. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across all applications and related documentation.
