Pay:
$28 per hour Are you an experienced HR Professional with job description writing looking for a full-time HR opportunity with a reputable government entity? We're hiring a Job Description Specialist to join our client's team. If you're dependable and detail-oriented, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Be Doing:
    Job Documentation:
    Develops and updates job descriptions.
      Job Analysis:
      Collects job data through interviews and questionnaires.
        Writing and Editing:
        Drafts job descriptions and ensures clarity and accuracy.
          Classification Support:
          Supports job evaluation and classification reviews.
            Compliance Review:
            Ensures documents meet legal and organizational standards.
              Research:
              Conducts research to validate job content and requirements.
                Records Management:
                Maintains job description libraries.
                  Department Coordination:
                  Works with departments to validate job content.
                  What We're Looking For:
                  • HR Degree strongly preferred
                  • HR/Recruiting experience required
                  • Must have a strong, demonstrated foundation of writing experience
                  • Job description creation, job description writing and/or publishing experience required
