Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Proofreader. This role supports production and customer order accuracy by reviewing orders, creating labels, maintaining inventory transactions, and ensuring materials are properly issued for production. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well with others, and maintains a high level of accuracy in all tasks. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Review and proofread Sales Orders and Work Orders to verify accuracy, specifications, and completeness before production Inspect plate proofs to confirm correct setup, artwork, and overall quality standards Create and print labels according to customer specifications and production requirements Generate labels for finished goods orders and ensure proper identification of completed products Calculate, issue, and track materials needed for Work Orders Process inventory transfers and maintain accurate inventory records Work closely with production, sales, and customer service teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth workflow Prioritize multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Support overall production and operational efficiency through accurate documentation and communication Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic math and computer skills Ability to read and interpret Sales Orders, Work Orders, and measurements Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment Previous manufacturing, printing, labeling, or inventory experience is a plus Benefits Competitive pay Opportunities for growth and development Team-oriented work environment Stable full-time position
