Job Description
The Hutchinson Tribune is looking for reporters willing to hit the ground running in south central Kansas. Hutchinson is a community of 40,000 people about an hour from Wichita, the state's largest city. The Tribune, owned by Kansas Publishing Ventures, is in its first year of print publication as a start-up against a corporate hedge-fund-owned newspaper. The community has been incredibly responsive and supportive as the publication gets going. Kansas Publishing Ventures is a family owned company, which means ownership is always available, rather than being states away. We offer health insurance, as well as retirement matching after one year.
