New OrleansThe Times-Picayune/The Advocate is seeking a reporter to cover environmentalissues affecting Louisiana. The reporter would be based in New Orleans and bepart of our four-member, grant-funded environmental team.Louisiana is on the front lines of a long list ofenvironmental challenges, including sea level rise, coastal erosion, industrialpollution and intensifying storms. We seek to provide authoritative,agenda-setting coverage of all those issues and more through the full range ofstories, from breaking news to in-depth pieces, features and projects.
Applicants should be team players who are eager to pursue stories across allthose categories.
