This role spans everything from wedding stationery and signage to backdrops and large-scale installations . You will work directly under the Creative Director to develop concepts, build 3D models, and execute design work that goes into real-world production. This is a high-output, fast-moving environment . Speed, accuracy, and strong execution are non-negotiable. What You'll Do Create 3D models and renderings for activations, environments, and event builds Design across all scales: stationery, signage, photo moments, and structures Translate creative direction into clear, build-ready visuals Collaborate with production to ensure designs are practical and executable Requirements Proficiency in 3D modeling (Blender or similar required) Strong understanding of spatial and experiential design Illustrator and Photoshop proficiency Ability to work quickly while maintaining strong attention to detail Must work on-site in Anaheim (no remote) Portfolio Required A portfolio with 3D renderings of environments, activations, or spatial design work is required. No portfolio = no consideration. Hiring Process In-person interview Timed 3D mock exercise (20 minutes) is required Candidates must bring a laptop with 3D software installed and ready to use

Pay:

$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
