We are seeking to add talent and skill to our office. Hiring Junior/Intermediate Designers with 1-2 yrs experience for high-profile socially conscious housing projects and single family residential designs. Summer internships are possible -- please be clear when applying that you are looking for a summer internship. We are a fast-growing award-winning boutique design firm with extensive experience and connections working for local and celebrity clientele. Principal is a Berkeley/Yale/Penn/Princeton/Harvard alum and Cal Poly Professor (Former/Present SCI-Arc/Berkeley/UCLA/Art Center Visiting Faculty member). Strong formal skills with 3d solid modeling in Rhino alongside Autocad drawing/detailing and Adobe/D5 illustration/rendering -- highly desired. Attention to detail alongside strong graphic design talent is very important. If you enjoy color and material explorations for innovative building facades and graphics with the ability to develop exceptional architectural detailing -- please reach out to us. Longterm growth opportunity. You will work on projects from Schematics thru Construction Administration. Great experience working with a top-level design and production team in terrific central DTLA office high-rise environment. Annual salary/benefits commensurate with experience (60k to 75k range).
