We specialize in ultra-premium, precision-engineered German cabinetry and require a designer who matches that standard of excellence in both technical execution and client relations. The Profile We are looking for a "power user" who doesn't just know 20/20 Design , but masters it. The ideal candidate can translate complex client visions into detailed, accurate kitchen layouts quickly and efficiently without compromising on technical precision.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00
PM Location:
San Jose, CA (In-Office)
Key Responsibilities Rapid Design Execution:
Produce high-fidelity 3D renderings, elevations, and floor plans using 20/20 Design at an advanced pace to meet showroom demand.
Professional Consultations:
Lead client meetings with a high level of "human skills," guiding them through the Noblessa product line and lifestyle integrations.
Technical Accuracy:
Conduct detailed site measurements and inspections. You must have a "right-first-time" approach to technical specifications.
Team Integration:
Act as a proactive team player, collaborating with sales and project management to ensure a seamless "concept-to-completion" workflow. Qualifications & Requirements Expert 20/20
Proficiency:
You must have extensive experience with 20/20 software and the ability to build complex layouts with speed and efficiency.
Software Advantage:
Proficiency with Winner Flex is a significant competitive advantage.
Luxury Mindset:
Experience in high-end cabinetry or European design is preferred.
Interpersonal Excellence:
Strong communication skills for high-net-worth client interaction and collaborative team environments.
