Job Description
The Workroom LA is a full service apparel company specializing in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of private label and branded clothing. Our customer centric team aims to understand the brand vision and product strategy of our customers to create on trend products that enhance and enrich our customers' brands. Our efficiency and attention to every last detail coupled with our strict selection criteria for our overseas factory network have made us the turnkey solution to deliver high-quality, competitively priced products with on time deliveries. The PD Coordinator will support the company's private label team throughout the product development process, from trend research to finalizing monthly collections. This person will report to the Director of Product Development and work interdepartmentally with the design, production and sales teams to help ensure the brands' product goals are met. They will be pivotal in ensuring collections are ordered and presented accurately and timely. Responsibilities Data Entry (Airtable, Google Sheets & Slides) Vendor Communication (Costing, MOQ, Lead Times, Developments, etc.) Customer Communication (Purchase Orders, New Developments & Additional Inquiries) Create Tech Packs (Excel) Sample Tracking & Organization (Style Outs, Fittings, Sales & PD Team Needs) Swatch Tracking, Organization and Comments Trend, Fabric & Color Research Assist PD Manager with projects including but not limited to presentations, data reports, scheduling, new project launches Requirements Ideal candidate is detail oriented, has a positive attitude and maintains an adaptable, creative mindset to new projects. Comfortable working independently and proactively. Collaborates well with teammates, clientele and vendors.
