Our work is curated for collectors, interior designers, and discerning clients seeking museum-quality contemporary art. We are looking for a confident, driven professional to lead sales and manage daily gallery operations. Position Overview We are seeking a strong Fine Art Salesperson with Managerial Responsibility to oversee sales performance, client relationships, and daily gallery operations. This role is ideal for someone who excels in luxury sales, understands relationship-driven selling, and is comfortable taking ownership of a high-end retail environment. This is a hands-on role combining sales leadership with gallery management. Key Responsibilities Sales & Client Experience Actively sell fine art to collectors, designers, and walk-in clients Build and maintain long-term client relationships Conduct private art consultations and follow-ups Meet and exceed monthly sales targets Deliver a refined, high-touch luxury customer experience Gallery Management Oversee daily gallery operations and opening/closing procedures Maintain visual presentation and merchandising standards Manage inventory tracking and artwork documentation Assist with exhibitions, events, and private showings Ensure the gallery reflects a polished, high-end brand image at all times Leadership & Accountability Take ownership of sales performance and gallery results Support and guide additional staff if/when applicable Communicate directly with ownership regarding performance, opportunities, and challenges Qualifications Proven experience in luxury sales (fine art, high-end retail, jewelry, real estate, design, or similar) Strong closing skills and confidence in high-value transactions Professional presence and excellent communication skills Self-motivated, reliable, and highly organized Comfortable working independently and taking responsibility Art knowledge is a plus, but sales strength is essential Compensation & Benefits hourly pay + commission High earning potential based on performance Opportunity to grow with an expanding luxury art brand Work in a refined, creative, and inspiring environment How to Apply Please apply with your resume and a brief message describing your sales experience and why you are a strong fit for a high-end gallery environment.
