We partner with clients across a variety of industries to create innovative environments that elevate brands and deliver measurable results. We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Exhibit Designer to join our team and help bring our clients' visions to life through engaging and impactful exhibit designs. Position Summary The Exhibit Designer is responsible for developing creative concepts, 3D exhibit designs, renderings, and presentation materials for trade shows, events, and experiential marketing programs. This role collaborates closely with Account Executives, Project Managers, Production, and Clients to create solutions that are visually compelling, functional, and manufacturable. Key Responsibilities Design custom trade show exhibits, event environments, and experiential activations. Develop creative concepts based on client goals, branding, and budget requirements. Create 3D models, renderings, floor plans, and presentation materials. Produce fabrication-ready drawings and design documentation. Collaborate with sales, project management, and production teams throughout the project lifecycle. Present design concepts internally and to clients. Ensure designs comply with show regulations, venue requirements, and fabrication standards. Incorporate client feedback while maintaining design integrity and project objectives. Research new materials, trends, and technologies within the exhibit and event industry. Support value engineering efforts while maintaining design quality and functionality. Participate in project handoff meetings and collaborate through installation and execution. Qualifications Required 3+ years of exhibit design, environmental design, experiential marketing, or related experience. Proficiency in SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong understanding of spatial design and brand storytelling. Ability to interpret client briefs and transform them into engaging exhibit experiences. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Understanding of fabrication methods, materials, and production processes. Preferred Experience in the trade show and events industry. Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar drafting software. Experience creating production-ready construction drawings. Familiarity with exhibit logistics, installation, and show regulations. Rendering experience using Enscape, V-Ray, Twinmotion, or similar software. What Success Looks Like Delivers creative, strategic designs that meet client objectives. Produces accurate and timely design deliverables. Collaborates effectively across departments. Maintains a high level of attention to detail. Contributes innovative ideas that help clients stand out on the show floor.
