What You Will Be Doing The Associate Art Lead supports the Titleist Golf Ball creative team in bringing brand strategy to life through premium, market‑ready visual execution. Partnering closely with the Art Lead, this role bridges campaign‑level concepting with the production and extension of assets across paid media, digital, retail, and additional brand touchpoints. With a sharp eye for detail, hierarchy, and craftsmanship, the Associate Art Lead ensures creative integrity is maintained as ideas scale across formats, sizes, and markets. Actively contributing to brainstorms and early concept development, this role offers the opportunity to grow concepting skills while learning how powerful insights translate into demand‑driving visuals. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of 3 years of design or art direction experience preferred; in lieu of a degree, 7+ years of directly related professional experience with a strong portfolio is required. Proven proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Portfolio required demonstrating both conceptual thinking and production execution, including digital advertising and/or paid media work. Strong visual aesthetic with the ability to ideate, conduct creative discovery, and contribute to concept development. Familiarity with campaign workflows, asset management, and partnering with internal teams and external agencies. Experience using file‑sharing tools such as SharePoint and Box; comfort working in a Mac environment. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including comfort designing presentations in PowerPoint. Our Commitment to You At Acushnet Company, we are committed to helping our associates thrive both personally and professionally. From the start, you and your family, including domestic partners, will benefit from a comprehensive suite of health and well-being programs. Enjoy the advantages of paid time off, an onsite fitness center, acupuncture, physical therapy, wellness coaches, and more. Our financial benefits are designed to secure your future, offering a 401k with company match, health savings accounts, and flexible spending accounts. Additionally, you'll enjoy perks like pet insurance, legal planning, education assistance, and exclusive access to our Associate Store. At Acushnet Company, your performance has purpose, and we're here to support you every step of the way.
