About the Concierge Program Tiger Presentations' Concierge Program manages the storage, movement, preparation, and care of clients' trade show exhibit assets. Our goal is to ensure exhibits are organized, inspected, documented, and show-ready for every event while delivering a seamless, worry-free client experience. For each event, we: Arrange competitive shipping solutions that reduce client costs. Open and inspect exhibit cases, photograph contents, and confirm materials with clients prior to shipment. Receive and inspect returning exhibits, document condition, and prepare assets for future deployment. Coordinate refurbishment, replacement, and ongoing exhibit maintenance as needed. Position Summary The Exhibit Concierge Manager owns the day-to-day operations of Tiger Presentations' Concierge Program and serves as a primary point of contact for clients' exhibits stored with us and their event readiness. This is a highly organized, client-facing operational role that combines logistics coordination, inventory management, customer service, and internal project support. The majority of the role is office-based, with occasional hands-on support in the warehouse during busy periods or exhibit inspections. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, growth-minded, and eager to take ownership within a growing company environment. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple client inventories: track assets, locations, and storage records in spreadsheets/IMS/WMS. Coordinate shipping and returns (domestic and international), negotiate rates, and manage customs documentation and routing as needed. Communicate proactively with clients regarding exhibit status, shipping schedules, returns, and event readiness. Identify missing/damaged components and coordinate refurbishment, replacement orders, or repairs with vendors and internal teams. Oversee post-show audits and quality checks to ensure exhibits are show-ready. Schedule and coordinate labor for check-ins/check-outs and refurbishment work.
Prepare and review production-ready files:
basic graphic prep, e-proof checks, and supporting documentation for orders. Maintain and improve program processes and standard operating procedures as program scales. Support inventory cycle counts, asset reconciliation, and continuous process improvement initiatives. Occasionally assist with hands-on exhibit inspections, unpacking, or exhibit setup during high-volume periods. Required Qualifications 2+ years experience in inventory/warehouse/operations management, tradeshow logistics, or related field (or equivalent demonstrated experience). Energetic, growth-oriented candidate (early-career welcome) who is eager to expand responsibility within the company. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills Customer-service mindset with a proactive, positive, problem-solving approach Comfortable working in a fast-paced small business environment with changing priorities. Experience using spreadsheets and learning new software systems quickly. Ability to coordinate schedules, vendors, and logistics efficiently. Willingness to occasionally assist with exhibit inspections and light warehouse support as needed. Ability to lift and move exhibit materials or cases up to approximately 50 lbs on an occasional basis. Must be able to work on-site in Hudson, MA. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in trade show exhibits, event logistics, experiential marketing, warehouse operations, or related industries. Familiarity with inventory management or warehouse management systems. Basic familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or similar software for simple graphic/file review support. $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
