Are you a "people person?" Are you creative, with good communication skills and like helping people? Closets by Design is hiring designers/sales representatives. You can help others organize their home. As a Closets by Design Designer, you can enjoy a flexible schedule while traveling to appointments close to your home to meet with potential and current customers. We are looking for people who have: Great people skills. Fun and outgoing personalities. A creative side. Reliable transportation.

We offer the following:

Complete sales and designer training No Cold Calling; pre-set appointments Excellent marketing materials. Great support from a team of managers. Flexible schedule, full-time and part time employment opportunities available. Ability to thrive in a full commission/bonus sales environment. Earn $3,000-$5,000 in commission and bonuses per month

Preferred Skills:

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective and existing customers. Highly motivated, with the ability to work independently Detail-oriented and has good time management skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Strong negotiating, planning, and consultative sales skills. Outside sales experience.
