Facade Specialist

• Las Vegas, USA As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for the design, installation, and maintenance of building facades in Las Vegas.

This full-time position requires prior experience in facade work and offers a salary of $1200 per month. You will work closely with architects and contractors to ensure the successful completion of projects. Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop innovative facade solutions that meet project requirements
• Coordinate with architects and contractors to ensure smooth execution of projects
• Conduct site visits to assess building conditions and make recommendations for facade improvements
• Install, repair, and maintain building facades according to industry standards
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations during all stages of work
• Keep updated with industry trends and advancements in facade technology

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in facade work or related field
• Strong knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and safety procedures
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Physical fitness for working at heights and performing manual labor
• Availability for full-time work schedule including occasional overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or degree in a relevant field such as architecture or engineering
• Experience working with different types of facades including glass, metal, stone, etc.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
