Summary It is the responsibility of the I&D Coordinator to under limited supervision, coordinate the pre-planning preparation of the Installation and Dismantle process and track, confirm, and verify the process by show. Professionally interacts with customers, team members, and third-party vendor/partner representatives to provide the highest level of service excellence. Support a safe work environment by following all safety policies and procedures, taking personal responsibility for safety, reporting hazards or concerns promptly, and contributing to a culture that prioritizes safety every day. This position will support our Event & Exhibit Services team. The position follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office and/or show-site based out of Las Vegas, NV. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Answer high volume of phone inquiries. Maintain all Installation & Dismantle (I&D) orders and show files. Interact with coworkers in I&D, other departments, and branches daily. Cultivate new and existing exhibitor relationships. Generate correspondence and handle special projects. Cover for laborers at show site as scheduled. Instruct team members on show site as required. Function as floor supervisor when requested. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work instructions. Complete required safety training and apply safe work practices at all times. Immediately report any workplace accidents, near misses, hazards, or unsafe conditions to a manager or through an appropriate reporting channel. Participate in safety discussions and communicate concerns or feedback openly to help maintain a safe work environment. Use tools, equipment, and protective gear properly to prevent injuries and incidents. Perform other duties as assigned. Education & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Previous trade show and/or I&D labor experience are preferred. Basic understanding of workplace safety practices and applicable OSHA requirements. Ability to consistently follow safety rules and contribute to a positive safety culture. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations OSHA 10 Certification required.
