Pay:
DBB Architecture PC, a New York based community of architects and designers actively engaged in multiple capital improvement projects in the New York City area. Our projects include education, retail, civic, healthcare, commercial high-rise mixed-use, aviation and transportation infrastructure redevelopment projects. We are seeking Autodesk Revit savvy Architects to join our teams engaged on current projects. Revit 2020+ is preferred. Applicants must be available to begin work immediately. We are seeking innovative, fast-adapting Autodesk Revit proficient Architects (3-year minimum experience preferred), in the development of coordinated design and construction documentation. Able to work independently and within large teams. Applicants should possess strong communication skills necessary for seamless team integration and cross-discipline project coordination. Familiarity with program analysis, building planning standards, design and detailing standards and construction techniques, and code compliance issues is desirable. We value passion for high quality work, strong technical capabilities and the highest standards of professionalism. Time management skills of upmost importance.
Work schedule:
5 days/week in-office work will be required. To assist with our placement process, candidate must be willing to participate in a Revit assessment/evaluation at a midtown NYC location prior to hire.
Minimum Qualifications:
Motivated, organized, detail-oriented individuals capable of working in large teams Fluency in written and spoken English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Experience in Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with Bluebeam, BIM 360/Autodesk Control Cloud (ACC) standards and procedures. NAAB-accredited College degree in Architecture (or similar program).
