Job Summary:
This role is responsible for enhancing operational efficiency by developing and launching custom tools for internal teams and external partners. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and then build tailored solutions within Airtable. The position involves managing the full project lifecycle from conceptualization to deployment and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements for various tools. Design and develop custom Airtable interfaces to meet specific needs. Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for tool development and deployment. Monitor prototypes and experimental use cases for effectiveness. Track and report on system and program performance.
Must-Have Skills:
Deep mastery of Airtable features and constraints. Strong data architecture and modeling instincts. Proven ability in project management and cross-functional collaboration. Experience in operations, technology, or consulting environments is preferred, ideally with exposure to sales pipelines, CRM, media operations, or vetting processes.
