Job Description

Immediately Available Interim Organisational Design Specialist We're supporting a large, nationwide organisation as they embark on a significant transformation programme, and we're looking to appoint an experienced Interim Organisational Design Specialist to support this journey. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned OD professional with a strong background within restructures / structuring of large organisations and proven experience navigating the challenges that this may bring. You will lead on the documenting of existing operating models and will also be involved in new Target Operating Models. Therefore, experience from previous similar projects is essential. The role is to start immediately and will be on a temporary basis until September 2026. Location & flexibility: North East based Hybrid working, with flexibility depending on business needs and sensitivity of work
