$45hr•$50hr

Requirement/Must Have:

1+ years of experience in Matillion

DW ELT/ETL.

1+ years of experience in Snowflake. 1+ years of experience in DataStage. Proven experience in Agile projects. Prior experience as a Technical Lead. Strong BI/ETL background. Mandatory Healthcare domain experience (Member, enrollment, eligibility, EMR, EHR space). Experience managing development teams. Knowledge of APIs, Apigee, and SFDC.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and solutions with a strong focus on Automation, ETL orchestration (Matillion), database design (Snowflake), and data transformations. Own technical decisions related to database architecture, schema design, and data modeling. Review and guide development of complex SQL, transformations, and performance-optimized data pipelines. Act as the primary technical escalation point for data-related issues.

Skills:

Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead both client and development teams.
