Exhibit Floor Staff play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable guest experience while supporting daily operations throughout the venue, including guest services, admissions, and retail operations. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced entertainment and immersive exhibit environment and are comfortable interacting with guests while helping maintain smooth day-to-day operations. Schedule & Availability Applicants must have flexible availability and be able to work some or all of the following shifts:
  • Weekday afternoons and evenings
  • Weekend early mornings, afternoons, and late nights
  • Holidays and special event dates as needed Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the exhibit experience
  • Operate POS systems for admissions and retail purchases in a cashless environment
  • Assist guests at the box office and retail area as needed
  • Support daily exhibit operations, events, and special programming
  • Restock retail inventory and operational supplies
  • Lift, organize, rotate, and store incoming shipments and inventory
  • Maintain cleanliness throughout the venue, including lobby, exhibit spaces, and common areas
  • Assist with general venue maintenance and operational tasks as needed
  • Work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members
  • Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment Qualifications
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized under pressure
  • Comfortable working evenings, weekends, holidays, and late-night shifts
  • Ability to lift and move supplies and inventory as needed
  • Must be 18 years or older to apply
  • Experience with POS systems, admissions, retail, or guest services preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compensation
