In this role, you will be responsible for the seamless assembly, installation, and dismantling of trade show booths, ensuring each setup meets our high standards of quality and safety. Your expertise will help showcase our brand effectively at industry events, making a lasting impression on visitors and clients alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, technical skills, and teamwork are essential to success. The trade show will take place at Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. Our setup date is Sunday, May 31, 2026 at 11 am. Our breakdown will take place Friday night at 7pm. Responsibilities Assemble and install trade show booths using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication techniques to ensure a sturdy and attractive display. Accurately execute booth designs. Manage the transportation and setup of booth components, including fixtures, signage, lighting, and displays. Conduct on-site inspections during setup to verify structural integrity and safety compliance. Disassemble booths efficiently after events, ensuring all components are accounted for and stored properly for future use. Collaborate with event coordinators and clients to meet specific setup requirements and deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized workspace during all phases of assembly and disassembly. Lift upto 40- 50 pounds. Work quickly and follow directions Experience Proven experience in construction management, carpentry, or related trades with a focus on booth or exhibit setup preferred. Hands-on experience with heavy equipment operation, fixture installation Knowledge of various trade show/pop-up setups Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, scaffolding equipment safely while adhering to all safety protocols.
