Why This Opportunity is Unique Combine your love for horses with guiding guests at Shenandoah Crossing Resort's Equestrian Center. Job Responsibilities As an Equestrian Groom Guide, you will: Ensure the safe transport of guests, prioritizing their safety and the well-being of our animals at all times. Lead trail rides, ensuring all riders and horses are safe and comfortable throughout the experience. Provide daily care for our horses, including feeding, watering, grooming, and saddling. Report any illnesses or injuries to the Equestrian Manager promptly. Inspect horse tracks and all tack before each trail ride to maintain safety standards. Foster excellent guest and owner relations by delivering quick, satisfactory service. Maintain equipment in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring everything is in flawless working order. Your Experience High School Diploma or equivalent experience. Prior experience in an equestrian or farm-related role. A customer focused approach, welcoming guests and working collaboratively with other associates.
