Manage customer accounts, ensuring a seamless experience from initial consultation to final installation. Engage in effective upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction while maximizing sales opportunities. Maintain organized records of client interactions, project progress, and inventory management. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
