Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Audio Annotation Clerk for a temporary, 100% on-site opportunity in Lake Mary, FL. This role supports an exciting AI-focused project by listening to audio recordings and accurately evaluating, labeling, and categorizing speech and sound data. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys podcasts, audiobooks, long-form audio, music, transcription, or detailed review work. You will be part of a structured, quality-focused project environment where accuracy, patience, and strong listening skills directly contribute to improving speech recognition and artificial intelligence technology. The Audio Annotation Clerk role offers a consistent weekday schedule, clear project guidelines, and the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in AI data annotation and audio evaluation. Key Responsibilities
  • Listen to audio recordings and evaluate speech quality, clarity, tone, and sound characteristics.
  • Identify changes in speakers, voice patterns, background sounds, and other audio events.
  • Label, categorize, and annotate audio content according to detailed project guidelines.
  • Review audio data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Follow quality standards while maintaining focus during repetitive and detail-driven tasks.
  • Support the improvement of AI, machine learning, and speech recognition technologies through precise annotation work. Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay:
    $18.00 per hour.
  • Job Type:
    Contract/Temporary.
  • Location:
    100% on-site in Lake Mary, FL 32746.
  • Schedule:
    Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM.
