This position is ideal for someone who desires to build with a company long-term and become an integral part of a growing brand dedicated to excellence, encouragement, and impactful experiences. Position Overview The Sound Manager will oversee and execute all sound-related responsibilities for concerts, live events, dress rehearsals, and productions. This individual will work closely with the Artist, Management, and Technical Team to ensure exceptional sound quality and smooth event execution. Responsibilities Operate front-of-house sound during live events and productions. Coordinate with the Technical Team regarding all sound requirements. Ensure all sound equipment, cables, adapters, and materials are available and functioning properly. Owning your own sound equipment is preferred. Participate in production meetings and venue technical meetings. Maintain communication with Management and respond to inquiries within 24-48 hours. Arrive at designated call times and fulfill all event responsibilities professionally. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving sound-related issues. Contribute to creating a positive and collaborative team environment. What We're Looking For Strong communication and organizational skills. Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor. Familiarity with digital mixing consoles and in-ear monitor systems. Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively. Availability for rehearsals, meetings, and event dates. Compensation Compensation is project-based. up to $500-$1000/ project
