This role plays a key part in creating a seamless experience for both the performers and audiences, ensuring every show runs smoothly from start to finish. From setting the atmosphere before guests arrive to managing live audio throughout performances, the sound technician is an essential part of delivering a great night of entertainment.
Responsibilities:
Select and manage appropriate music before, and after shows Perform sound checks and ensure all equipment is functioning properly before doors open Monitor and adjust sound levels throughout live shows for optimal audience and performer experience Work closely with management to keep shows on schedule and running smoothly Coordinate with management and talent regarding mic preferences, set times, and show needs Troubleshoot technical/audio issues quickly and professionally during live perfromances Assist with setup, breakdown, and organization of sound equipment before and after shows Help create a professional and welcoming atmosphere for performers and guests
Qualifications:
Previous live sound or audio technician experience preffered Experience with microphones, PA systems, and live audio equipment Ability to multitask and stay calm in fast-paced live enviroments Strong communication and teamworks skills Comfortable working directly with performers and venue management Abilily to solve problems quickly under pressure Availability for evenings, weekends, and late-night shows Why join us: Be a part of a supportive, energetic team.
