Experience in the trade would be preferred but we will train the right person. All candidates need to be dependable, hard working and self motivated. The majority of our work is performed on commercial construction projects. Pay is dependent on experience. With the right attitude and work ethic $70,000 + after year one is very realistic with plenty of room for growth after that. Health insurance, 401k match, paid vacation and personal time are all offered. Most work is within an hour of the greater Springfield area. Typical hours are from 7am-3:30pm. Must have transportation and license.
