Sound Healer

About Us Sowa Goat Sanctuary is a nonprofit located in Harvard, MA that rescues and rehabilitates abused, neglected, and special needs farm animals. Our property includes a beautifully designed Airbnb experience and yoga sudio that hosts intimate, high-quality wellness events. We are looking to expand our offerings with a skilled and grounded Sound Healer who can facilitate both private sessions for guests and larger group events . Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and intuitive Sound Healer to collaborate with us on: Private, booked sound healing sessions for Airbnb guests Small-group sound baths and immersive experiences Larger ticketed fundraising events (indoors and outdoors, weather permitting) This role is ideal for someone who values authentic connection, high-quality energy, and creating deeply restorative experiences . Responsibilities Facilitate sound healing sessions ranging from 1:1 to group settings Create a calming, safe, and intentional environment for participants Collaborate on themed events and seasonal offerings Support the energetic flow and pacing of events Provide all instruments and necessary setup/teardown Maintain professionalism while honoring the intimate, healing nature of the space Qualifications Proven experience facilitating sound baths or sound healing sessions Strong proficiency with instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, etc. Ability to hold space for a wide range of emotional and energetic experiences Grounded, warm, and professional presence Reliable, punctual, and communicative Comfortable working independently within a curated retreat environment

Preferred:

Experience working in retreat, spa, or wellness settings Training or background in energy work, meditation, or somatic practices Ability to co-create and lead themed or seasonal events Interest in animals, nature-based healing, or sanctuary environments Please include : A cover letter with a brief introduction of yourself and your approach to sound healing Description of your experience and training Links to your website, social media, or recordings (if available) Any photos/videos of your setup or past events We are especially interested in practitioners who view sound healing as a deeply intentional practice rather than purely performance-based, and who are excited to co-create meaningful, high-quality experiences.
