Live Audio Engineer

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Live Audio Engineer to elevate live event experiences through expert sound management and innovative audio solutions at the new Outskirts outdoor venue in Columbus, MN. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining audio equipment during live performances, broadcasts, and events. Your expertise will ensure crystal-clear sound quality, seamless audio integration, and an engaging auditory experience for audiences. Duties Set up, configure, and program audio consoles Operate and "run" consoles for live or recorded performances Run audio cabling Set up mics, DI's, speakers, amps Tune public address systems Perform minor repairs as needed Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

3 Years of verifiable experience as an A1 (Audio Engineer) mixing live national artists or talent Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening process including drug testing and in-depth background check Excellent people and communication skills

Valid Driver's License Reliable Transportation Desired Qualifications:

AS or Bachelor's degree in Audio production or engineering 5 Years of verifiable experience working as an A1 (Audio Engineer) mixing live national artists or talent Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening process including drug testing and in-depth background check Excellent people and communication skills Valid Driver's License Reliable Transportation Join us as a Live Audio Engineer and be at the forefront of delivering captivating live experiences!
