This energetic role is perfect for passionate individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, bringing sound and video elements together seamlessly. The vast majority of our shows are sound only with a few shows that have a video component. As a key contributor to our shows, you will ensure that all audio and video components are ready to go for each show. Paid and engaging, this position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in one of the best live comedy venues in the country! Duties Operate and maintain sound equipment during live events to ensure optimal audio quality. Collaborate with management to synchronize sound with visual content effectively. Set up microphones, mixers, speakers, and other audio devices for live shows and recording sessions. Conduct signal processing tasks such as noise reduction, equalization, and mixing to enhance audio clarity. Support live show activities by providing technical expertise on sound capture techniques and troubleshooting equipment issues promptly. Skills Proficiency with professional audio equipment including microphones, mixers, and signal processing tools. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly to minimize disruptions during recording or live events. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with creative teams and technical staff. Passion for content creation with a keen eye for detail in both sound quality and visual presentation.
Pay:
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
