This role offers hands-on experience across the full production cycle—from setup and recording to post-production and delivery. At Launch Pod Studio, we specialize in premium podcast production with 4K video, cinematic audio, and full creative support. We've produced content for clients including Alex Hormozi, Tim Ferriss, Seth Rollins, Becky Lynch, Oz Pearlman, Fat Joe, CNN's Van Jones, Daniel Mac, Kel Mitchell, Marina Mogilko, and former White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre. We also collaborate with top influencers and brands such as Lyft, BBC, Spoiled Child, NY Tech Week, Polymarket, and Kalshi. Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and maintain audio and video equipment for in-studio productions Collaborate with clients and internal teams to execute production needs Monitor and ensure high-quality audio and video during recordings Perform quality control checks across all recordings Manage post-production tasks (editing, syncing multi-cam footage, basic color correction, sound mixing as needed) Troubleshoot technical issues in real time Organize, label, and archive footage, project files, and backups Assist with studio setup, including lighting and light furniture movement (must be able to lift 20-30 lbs) Preferred Skills & Qualifications Strong understanding of videography, lighting, and multi-camera production Knowledge of audio signal flow, microphones, and podcasting equipment Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills Highly reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Interest in podcasting, digital media, and storytelling Strong attention to audio quality and visual composition Collaborative mindset with a proactive attitude Bonus Skills Experience with livestreaming (Blackmagic ATEM Mini Extreme, Twitch, Zoom, Riverside, StreamYard) Familiarity with editing software (Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Audition)
