Duties Collaborate with artists, producers, and directors to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality audio recordings. Operate and maintain professional audio equipment for recording, mixing, and mastering music tracks. Utilize digital audio workstations (DAWs) such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or Avid for editing and post-production tasks. Conduct signal processing to refine sound quality, including equalization, compression, reverb, and noise reduction. Assist in filming sessions by setting up microphones and capturing high-fidelity audio during video shoots. Edit and synchronize music with visual content to create seamless multimedia productions. Support content creation by designing sound effects and musical scores that elevate storytelling. Qualifications Proven experience in music engineering or related roles within the media production industry. Strong proficiency with audio editing software including Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or Avid. Knowledge of post-production techniques for both music and video content. Familiarity with videography principles and filming processes to support multimedia projects. Expertise in signal processing methods to optimize sound quality across different formats. Experience with video production workflows including filming, editing, and integrating audio components. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with creative teams and clients.
