Please note that this position is contingent upon the successful award of a contract currently under bid. Global in service but local in approach, Nisga'a Tek is committed to high-quality service to those who defend us. Nisga'a Tek ensures mission assurance and execution for customers and warfighters. Providing intelligence, IT, cyber security, training, logistics, administrative, acquisition, and background investigation services.
Summary:
We are looking for a IT Technical Writer.
Responsibilities:
Essential Job Functions:
Develop, write, & edit reports, manuals, briefs, catalogs, technical specifications, instruction books, & related technical & administrative publications concerned w/ work methods & procedures. Specifically, Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Wiki, GitLab Technical Writing & UI text.
Qualifications:
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
Solid IT concepts; ability to translate into technical software documentation. Ability to multi-task, prioritize staff requests, & set expectations. Self-sufficient & resourceful, able to work independently, take overseership of the project, & ability to work under tight deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
AA/AS Degree in a related discipline from an accredited college or university -or- Substitute 3+ Yrs of related EXP.
Training, Certifications, EXP, & Clearance Requirements:
IAT Level I (A+ CE/Network+ CE/SSCP/CCNA Security) & CE/OS Cert.
Preferred Qualifications:
