341123 ) Description Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support equipment. Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves.Responsibilities:
Research and determine applicable standards and regulations for TSV products based on regions and markets where products are sold. Partner with Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, Legal, and Technical Publications to ensure products meet safety, emissions, chemical, EMC (Electro-Magnetic Compatibility), and other regulatory and legal requirements. Perform detailed compliance procedures in accordance with regulatory and business standards and manage compliance activities for both new product development and sustaining products. Attend and contribute to design reviews; research, evaluate, and recommend design modifications to address compliance requirements. Compile, maintain, and manage compliance documentation in accordance with established documentation and record retention processes. Work with industry associations to maintain, develop, and influence standards related to TSV products, including supporting industry and regulatory advocacy and lobbying efforts to achieve reasonable regulatory outcomes. Analyze, review, and present compliance and test data using graphs, spreadsheets, statistics, and data analysis software, review test reports for completeness and accuracy. Submit applications and documentation to regulatory bodies and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to obtain approvals required to build and ship products in alignment with production schedules. Effectively communicate the status of compliance activities, regulatory submissions, and approvals to product teams and other stakeholders. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive designs, costing information, test data, prototype models, and product plans.Qualifications Education:

0+ years of experience required.Software Knowledge:
Experience with CAD drawings, Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI) required. Teamcenter or other PLM system as well as SAP or other ERP system knowledge is very beneficial.Additional Requirements:
Knowledge of electronic/digital systems is preferred. Electrical engineering courses or dual major (Mechanical/Electrical) is preferred.
