Full Job Description Summary:
The main function of a Medical Reviewer is to ensure that promotional and non-promotional materials comply with regulatory standards and internal policies. This role provides scientific and Code of Practice expertise, supporting the development and approval of content that enables the appropriate use of medicines and effective stakeholder engagement.
Job Responsibilities:
Review and approve materials in line with the ABPI Code of Practice, acting as the Appropriately Qualified Professional (AQP) where applicable. Provide scientific input and compliance guidance during the development of promotional and non-promotional content. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support content creation, training materials, and regulatory submissions. Contribute to the development of compliance strategies and manage complaints or intercompany dialogue when required
Skills:
Degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field. Certification as an Appropriately Qualified Professional (AQP) preferred. 5-7 years experience required. Strong understanding of the ABPI Code of Practice and regulatory frameworks. Ability to interpret scientific data and apply it to content development. Effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
