- Formats, types, proofreads, and corrects reports.
- Prioritizes workload to meet due dates, including STAT reports and special requests and may provide report completion updates to the team.
- Creates CDs of images and formats digital pictures.
- Assesses raw data and translates into report form.
- May develop or review templates for some special testing.
- May revise report templates as needed.
- May perform calculations and calculation verification.
- Works with QA, Document Control, Order Processing, and other departments as needed.
- May provide backup for other positions such as other department Word Processors or Administrative Assistants.
- May generate revised report TrackWise records and other investigations as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Technical Competencies:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associates degree in business, science, or related discipline preferred.
- 2-3 years of related experience.
- Accurate typing/data entry skills; minimum 60 wpm.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office with intermediate knowledge of MS Office, specifically Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of AdobePro Photoshop preferred.
- Good command of English grammar, vocabulary, spelling both verbal and written communications.
- Fluency in English is preferred.
