To support this vision, our Marketing team is seeking a Marketing Specialist to lead and support proposal and pursuit activities across the firm. This role requires a high degree of independence, sound judgment, and the ability to translate strategic objectives into compelling, client-focused deliverables. The Marketing Specialist may provide guidance to marketing support staff, including Marketing Coordinators and Marketing Assistants, and will coordinate the efforts of specialized consultants as needed. Working closely with our seller-doers, this role plays a critical part in driving successful pursuits and advancing Introba's growth. Responsibilities & Qualifications Responsibilities Help prepare and coordinate the production of proposals, qualifications, and other pursuit-related submissions. Assist in managing timelines, scheduling kick-off and review meetings, and tracking deliverables to ensure compliance with client requirements. Draft and edit proposal content, including project descriptions, resumes, and supporting materials, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with Introba's brand standards. Format and assemble submission documents in accordance with corporate guidelines and client instructions. Maintain and update marketing materials including resumes, project sheets, boilerplate content, and presentations. Support the upkeep and accuracy of marketing systems (e.g., OpenAsset, Deltek Vantagepoint), ensuring information is current and organized. Partner with technical staff to gather information and translate technical concepts into clear, client-focused language. Conduct basic market and client research to inform proposal content. Provide general marketing support as needed across sectors and business lines. Qualifications Completion of post-secondary education in related field, or years of equivalent experience demonstrating progressive responsibility. 3-5 years of relevant experience in technical editing or writing. Experience in the Architecture/ Engineering/ Construction (AEC) industry would be considered an asset. Have the ability to read and understand requests for proposals (RFPs) and qualifications in order to organize and develop a relevant, thoughtful response. Superior organizational skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment and meet deadlines consistently while maintaining high levels of attention to detail. Superior grammatical and writing skills with experience proofreading documents to ensure integrity and quality of documents/proposals. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Word. Strong proficiency in other Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook. Excellent proficiency in InDesign.
